Claim

Gobekli Tepe forced richer views of ritual construction and social complexity in deep prehistory. It does not prove every lost-civilization theory attached to it. It does prove older models were too neat. It gives hard evidence just enough mystery to support softer myth. Ancient history becomes permanently more unstable once one pillar moves.
